Waist Wise is a free weight management course for men or women who want to reduce weight and get healthy. Delivered in single sex classes, the course is run by trained course leaders who will help to provide the knowledge and skills needed to:

• Lose weight from around the waist
• Increase your levels of activity
• Help you to make a plan for a healthy lifestyle

It is also relaxed, fun and gives you the chance to make your own choices.
