Why should I be more active?
Being active will make a difference
to your quality of life. Once you
start, the benefits will become more
obvious. You’ll experience:
- Reduced stress
- More energy
- Better health
- Stronger bones and muscles
- Better balance, strength and
mobility
- Meeting other people who enjoy being
active
- A sense of achievement
Why choose walking?
Walking is a low cost activity that
can be done at anytime, any pace and
anywhere. You don’t have to be
sporty and you can involve family
and friends too.
